Consult
We begin with a complementary 45 minute virtual meeting to learn what this trip needs to do, both for the company and for the people on it. We’ll ask about past events: what was worth the spend, what landed, and what fell flat. If we’re not the right team to deliver what matters to you, we’ll tell you.
Proposal
Within 2 business days we deliver a proposal with three options, each built around your priorities, dates, budget, and headcount. We’ll tell you which one we’d pick and why.
Partnership
Once you and your stakeholders are aligned, we negotiate the best rates, lock in vendor contracts, and pay deposits. Our fee comes from your established total budget; not an additional expense.
Build + Book
The fun part: itineraries, menus, activities, surprises, and, just as important, carving out unscheduled time. We gather dietary & accessibility requirements, travel preferences, and personality considerations from every attendee, and design accordingly. All those details to consider and coordinate? It’s one of our superpowers. We carry that mental load for you.
Know before you go
We’ll provide a thorough prep for your team so everyone feels comfortable, informed, and well packed.
Experience
We travel with your group, every time. We handle arrivals, transfers, head counts, vendors, and any curveball that comes up, so that everyone can be fully present and enjoy the experience.
Lookback
We survey your attendees and give you a transparent assessment. You’ll also get a written summary to make next year’s planning easier.
How far ahead?
Retreats typically book 12-18 months ahead, but we’ve also pulled off some fabulous trips with far less lead time. Earlier is better, but no matter what kind of turn around time you’re working with, we’ll have a proposal for you.
