Retreat Types
Corporate Retreats
| Starting at $100,000
Teams click in the space between obligations: a long dinner, a morning with nothing on the calendar, the conversation that happens because no one has a meeting. Away from the office, people hear each other differently and commitments land harder. A Garcia-Shapiro retreat is built to make that happen. Our starting point is what your team needs to walk away with, whether that's two companies becoming one, a new direction everyone has to own, or a team that has earned the time— and we design every day around it. The properties have waitlists. The vendors are local, and we know them by name. Our team plans it, our founders are there when you land and when you leave, so your team spends the time with each other and not the itinerary. Afterward, we share an account of how your budget was spent, and exactly what it bought, in your people's own words.
Incentive Trips
| Starting at $100,000
The people who hit the number can tell a true reward from a line item. A Garcia-Shapiro incentive trip starts with them: who they are, what they wouldn’t just book for themselves, and what will make everyone else want to earn a seat next year. From there, we choose where the trip takes everyone and how each day unfolds: the whole experience feels like it was built for them. It was. Years of relationships get your team access to places they couldn't book on their own. Our founders travel with the group, so you can host instead of troubleshoot and focus on what this trip is for: showing your best people exactly how much they matter. Once you're home, we close the loop with the numbers and their reactions side by side. A plaque can't do any of that.
Leadership Retreats
| Starting at $100,000
A new planning cycle, the months after a merger, a vision the whole room has to own: we build every leadership retreat around where your company stands right now. Big decisions need room. Take a leadership team out of the building, away from the desk, the calendar, the notifications— and the thinking sharpens. People decompress, say what they would hold back, disagree, collaborate, and commit. You lead that conversation, and our founders run everything around it. The meeting space is private and yours for the stay, with an agenda and facilitation built to move from debate to decision. Between sessions, there's time outside every day, because some of the best thinking happens without a table in front of you. Dinners are private— where the day's conversation can continue at a slower pace and off the record. Afterward, you get every decision in writing with an owner beside it, along with the full accounting and your executive team's feedback.
